Most public affairs firms send a lobbyist, then hire an agency. We bring both to the table from the first meeting. ORSO is founded and led by Frank Holland. When a problem calls for more hands, we build a senior team around it from the ORSO Collaborative: specialists in public opinion research, political consulting, creative advertising and brand architecture, public policy, experience design and event production.
